31 Days of gratitude

Meditation Challenge, Dec 1-31

Beginning on Dec 1st, you will see a new meditation added for each of the 7 days of the week. Throughout the Month of December, please do these 7 meditations on the appropriate day (see the list below).

 

Tune in Daily for your dose of gratitude

Starting December 1st we will come together as one for a daily 20 minute meditation to affirm the good things in our lives and to recognize those that we might have overlooked!

Every Monday - Gratitude Meditation on Loving Kindness to Oneself.
Every Tuesday - Gratitude Meditation on Good Health.
Every Wednesday - Gratitude Meditation for our Spiritual Teachers/Mentors.
Every Thursday - Gratitude Meditation on Success & Prosperity. 
Every Friday - Gratitude Meditation on our Relationships with friends & family. 
Every Saturday - Gratitude Meditation on Life's Lessons.
Every Sunday - Gratitude Meditation on God.

You can tune in at any of time day to meditate. We recommend in the morning before you start your day or in the evening as you end your day.

Bonus tip: Meditate at 7am or 7pm your time to energetically connect with more people meditating at the same time.
