Palace Resort View - 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed, based on availability. 422 sq ft to 453 sq ft in the Palace Tower.
Palace Ocean View - 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed, based on availability. 422 sq ft to 453 sq ft in the Palace Tower.
Makai Resort View - 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed, based on availability. Premium 530 sq ft in the Makai Tower.
Accommodation rates already include the $30/day resort fee. Example : A room at $479/night is broken down into $449 a night for the room plus $30/day resort fee.
Additional fee of $50 per person, per night for every extra person beyond the standard 2 people to a sleeping room.
Don’t Delay! Accommodations for the Retreat always sell out fast.
Strongly Recommended that you share accommodations, not only to reduce cost but also to ensure more people can attend the Retreat, as the hotel is sure to sell out.
IMPORTANT: You must edit the dates for your stay or by default it will only search for the fixed dates listed. Currently it does the search as March 1-11. Please adjust accordingly.

Where to fly into:
Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport (KOA) is 19 miles, or 20 min, from Hilton Waikoloa Village. To get to the Resort, you must book a shuttle service or a ride lift service, or book a car rental.
Other options: Hilo International Airport (ITO) is 72 miles away, or 1.5 hrs away on the other side of the Island.

Retreat Welcome Dinner and Check-In 7pm
Thurs. March 6: 8am-10pm Arhatic Yoga Retreat, Day 1
Lunch on Own. Dinner Included
Fri March 7th : 8am-10pm Arhatic Yoga Retreat, Day 2
Lunch Included. Dinner on Own.
Sat March 8th : 8am-10pm Arhatic Yoga Retreat, Day 3
Lunch and Dinner Included.
Sun March 9th : 8am-4:30pm Arhatic Yoga Retreat, Day 4
Lunch Included.
Retreat ends at 4:30pm to help those who need to catch a red-eye flight.

Yes, you can enjoy the Retreat from the rows closest to the stage! To gain access to this seating section, simply register online for the retreat and select the Premium Seating option. You can also call us at 909-548-0884 and register for premium seating. Premium Seating is limited to the first 40 seats. The Retreat must be paid in full in order to qualify for premium seating. Note: Specific seats with premium seating are not assigned. On the day of the retreat, those with premium seating will be allowed in first, in order to select their seats on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. NOTE: There is no premium seating for AY Prep or AY Levels.

For those attending the Retreat, your registration includes Dinner on Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday Lunch, Saturday Lunch and Dinner, and Sunday Lunch. Meals on your own during the Retreat are: All breakfasts, plus Thurs Lunch, Friday Dinner.
All meals for AY Prep and AY Levels are on your own.
The hotel has several on property restaurants, in-room dining, and an on-the-go casual dining. Also, you can catch the hotel shuttle to the King and Queens Market for additional places to eat and a local market.

Airport Transportation from Kona Airport (aka KOA or Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport):
Holoholo - rideshare, like lyft/uber with cars that can fit 3-5 people. Rider App in link.
Uber Taxi - Get a taxi cab through the Uber app
Jayride - provides several choices in transportation, from taxi and bus, to shuttle and private cars.
Hele-On - Bus service. Route #75 North Kohala to Kailua-Kona via Waimea. 35-40 min drive time. Check the schedule for pick up times. Requires you to download their app to purchase tokens for the bus. Must be paid for in advance.
Turo - Car Rentals from local residents, like Airbnb for cars.

Retreat Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before February 12th will be subject to a 5% penalty fee for all credit card registrations. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Any cancellations after Feb 12th will incur a $350 fee. This fee will go toward covering event and resort expenses already incurred. The remaining balance will be refunded.

A one-night deposit is required to confirm any hotel reservation. Cancellation is 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty charge. Please contact the hotel with any room modifications or cancellations.

A special group page will be shared with all registrants to help you find roommates or arrange sharing of transportation needs. Make sure to register for the Retreat in order to get access to this group.

Registration for all events closes on Wed, Feb 28th or as soon as that event is sold out. There is no registration or walk-in at the door for these events.
